This Gooey Chocolate Pecan Pie is packed with plenty of fresh pecans and chocolate chips and made entirely without corn syrup! It's so easy to make and is the perfect show-stopping holiday dessert!
Filling
Add following ingredients
• ¼ cup melted butter
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 1 TBS vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup heavy cream or (coconut milk)
• 3 eggs
• ½ tsp salt
Whisk together until well combined.
In a separate bowl combine
• 2 cups pecan pieces
• 1 cup chocolate chips
Combine filling with pecans and chocolate chips and pour into pie crust
Bake the pie, on a sheet pan, for 55-60 minutes at 350 degrees until set and then remove from the oven.
