BUTTER COOKIES

INGREDIENTS


·       3 Cups all purpose/plain flour

·       185g butter room temperature

·       1/4 cup milk

·       1 egg

·       1&1/2 Cup icing sugar

·       1/4 tsp salt

·       2 tsp vanilla extract

 

DIRECTIONS

1.      Sift together flour and salt, mix and set aside

2.      In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until pale and creamy

3.      Add one egg and beat for about 3 min

4.      Add milk and vanilla extract

5.      Gradually add flour to the butter mixture and mix properly

6.      Place batter in pipping bag

7.      Pipe batter in a greased and lined baking tray

8.      Place the tray in fridge and chill for 30 minutes

9.      Bake in preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown.
