Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs brussel sprouts halved
- 1 TBS olive oil
- 3 cloves minced garlic
Creamy Sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tsps cornstarch or flour
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper
Instructions
In a medium sized
skillet add the brussels sprouts, olive oil and garlic. Sauté until almost
tender about 5-7 minutes. Remove the Brussels sprouts and set aside.
Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and cornstarch and whisk together until smooth. Add the Parmesan Cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Simmer until the sauce starts to thicken.
Add the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat in the creamy sauce until heated through.
